John Rundquist is the Executive Director of Crossroads. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in human services, is licensed as an alcohol and drug counselor with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, and is a nationally certified gambling counselor. John has over 20 years experience in the addiction field and has worked with adults, adolescents, and families in a variety of treatment settings. John brings a strong commitment to the recovery process and a collaborative approach in working with clients.
Evan Lieberman is a program therapist at the Crossroads Aftercare Program. He is a Licensed Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota. He has worked with a diverse clientele across the mental health and substance abuse spectrum. Evan’s passion has been working with clients and families with substance use and mental health disorders since 2008. Evan worked for the University of Minnesota Hospital with adolescents and adults in psychiatric crisis. Following his work at the hospital he has contracted with a variety of treatment centers, sober living houses, group homes, community organizations and mental health clinics to provide services to their clients.
Jessica Koep is a program therapist at the Crossroads Aftercare Program. She is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor as well as a licensed graduate level social worker. She has been working in the field of addiction and mental health for the last 10 years and has a passion for treating individuals with dual diagnosis. Jessica has experience working with adult men, women and folks in the LGBTQ community in both residential and outpatient settings. She believes that one size does not fit all when it comes to recovery and hopes to help the population served how to find what will work for them individually. Jessica has worked at Touchstone Mental Health, Wayside House and NuWay House.
Nadine Gall is a financial and recovery coach for the Crossroads Aftercare Program. She has been providing support to people in early recovery from alcohol, drug, and gambling addiction at Crossroads since 2007. Nadine completed Recovery Coach training through Minnesota Recovery Connection and Financial Coach training as a volunteer at Prepare + Prosper. She has a passion for helping people in recovery improve their personal and financial lives.
Nadine is also the office manager for Crossroads. She welcomes residents and visitors, organizes the building and office operations of Crossroads, manages calendars for the counseling staff and handles bookkeeping tasks.
