3-Phase Program: Designed to transition clients from the structure of in-patient treatment to building a sober and gambling free support network. At the same time, residents are assisted in finding employment, volunteer work, or school.

 

Phase 1

  • Attend all Crossroads group meetings weekly
  • Have a one-to-one session with assigned counselor at least once a week
  • Be actively involved in securing a temporary or permanent sponsor/mentor
  • Attend an outside support group meeting whenever possible
  • Need to be employed, in school, or doing volunteer services after 30 days

Phase 2

  • Attend two groups at Crossroads weekly. One must be your assigned primary group and the other you may pick from to commit to weekly (Relapse Prevention, Meditation and Mindfulness, Peer Led Recovery or Women's Recovery)
  • Have a one-to-one session two to three times per month
  • Be employed, attend school or do regular volunteer work (minimum of 25 hours per week)
  • Attend an outside support group whenever possible
  • Movement from phase II to phase III requires a minimum of 3 months at Crossroads and approval from counselor that you are ready to move phases

Phase 3

  • Attend one group per week (preferably your primary group) to commit to attending each week.
  • Have a one-to-one with your counselor once per month.
  • Be employed, attend school or do regular volunteer work (minimum of 25 hours per week)
  • Attend an outside support group
