| What is the Program?
Crossroads offers individual, group and family counseling,
dealing with a wide range of issues including self-image,
relationship problems, communication skills, consequences
of addictions, goals for employment or school, money management,
or any of those areas of life that need attention.
Meetings include: Group therapy, support groups, and men
and women's feelings groups.
Staff includes: State licensed drug and alcohol counselors
with over 50 combined years of experience, Program Director,
Administrative Assistant, Group Facilitators, Resident Managers,
and a Building Manager.
Where are you located?
Crossroads is housed in a three story building at 2823 South
Wayzata Boulevard just 5 minutes from downtown Minneapolis.

This location is in a beautiful residential part of Minneapolis
within walking distance of five lakes, parks, a wildlife sanctuary,
bicycle and walking paths, and many inviting parts of the

How does one become a resident at Crossroads?

How much does it cost?
The monthly fee is $700, which includes the program and housing.
Can I continue with my job or school?
All residents must be employed, enrolled in college, or involved
in full time volunteer service. Some already have jobs or
are enrolled in college upon admission. Residents are given
one month to comply with this important criteria.
How long can I stay?
Residents choose the length of their stay from one month
up to 24 months. The average stay is seven months.
Are meals included?
Residents are responsible for their own meals, including
food, and cooking utensils. A large kitchen is provided with
stoves, a microwave, and long counter top with adjacent dining
area. There are microwaves on each floor.
Can I have visitors?
Yes, visitors are welcome anytime, but they must abide by
resident curfew and cannot stay overnight.

There are double and single occupancy rooms. See Community

Can I have a vehicle and is public transportation
near by?
Yes, residents can have a car, truck, motorcycle, or bicycle.
There is free surface and underground parking.
Are there any restrictions?
Crossroads has an independent program structure, therefore
there are fewer rules and regulations. Residents come and
go freely without having to sign in or out. There is a temporary
curfew of 12-midnight weekdays and 1:30 a.m. on weekends.
There are no overnight or weekend passes extended for the
first 30 days.
Will I be able to receive phone calls?
Yes, there is direct dial phone service to each room. All
long distance calls must be collect or applied to a credit
card.
Is there laundry available?
Yes, free washers and dryers are provided.
What do residents have to provide or bring
to Crossroads?
Residents bring clothing, bed linens, cooking items, TVs,
stereos, VCRs, computers, a telephone and answering machines,
pictures, plants, and those small items that make the rooms
